Troubleshooting - Cannot find a referee for referee linking

If you cannot find the referee you want to link or add from WGS please check the below:

1. Check the referee is registered to a County that you have setup within your Full-Time site, to setup additional County's see the guidance here: Setting up Referee Linking/Add WGS Referee

2. Check you have enough fields within the Full-Time profile, in order to match to a WGS referee record we will need: 

    a) Full name

    b) Date of birth

    c) Email address or FAN

1. Check the referee is registered to a County that you have setup within your Full-Time site, to setup additional County's see the guidance here: Setting up Referee Linking/Add WGS Referee

2. Search for the person within your league to see if they already have a profile within your site. 

    a) Go to people > Search > Type the persons last name into the search box

   b) This search will bring up any person within your league, if you see the person you are looking for click "Edit"

    c) Scroll down to "roles within the league" and click "Add new role"

    d) Check "Referee" and click create

e) This referee is now linked to Whole Game System.
