Club Secretaries can request a name change by emailing the following details to info@LancashireFA.Com
- Club Secretary name and FA Number
- Current name of club/team- New name the club would like to request
- Written permission from any leagues in which the clubs teams play, that they are happy with the change of name
We will then check the name is not being used elsewhere and contact you with further details.
