IMPORTANT: You can only add/update your photo, or your child's photo, if you are not league registered. If you are league registered but need to update your photo, please contact your County FA.
Players and parents can update their own photo, or the photo of their child from the 'My Account' section upon logging into Whole Game System.
First, login to Whole Game System and click on the 'My Account' tab on the left hand side.
Click on the pencil icon in the bottom right hand corner of your photo.
Click on 'Browse for Photo' and select the photo you wish to upload.
NOTE: Only a head and shoulders photo will be accepted. The technology will recognize if the photo is not head and shoulders, and reject it if not.
Once you have selected a photo click on 'save' to save your changes.
