Having the correct role as a player/parent/coach/manager

Once you know your email is unique you need to know that you are correctly registered to play or coach in your league. 

If you’re a manager or coach: Your club secretary or player registration officer will be able to tell you this as your name will appear on their Whole Game System under ‘Team Officials’ and you’ll have an active role as either a TEAM – Manager, TEAM – Asst Manager, TEAM – Coach, TEAM – Asst Coach. ‘CLUB’ roles will not grant you access to the Matchday app.

If you are a player: You can ask your manager who can check if you appear on the squad list or your club secretary/player registration officer who can check if you are correctly league registered. Whichever team has ‘League: Registered’ by it you should be able to see that team in Matchday.
