Please note: You can only switch key officials as you cannot leave their roles vacant. You will not be able to add a key official from the "All Officials" tab

Switch Key Officials



Step 1: 

To add roles within a club this can be done by navigating to the "officials" tab on the left-hand side and then select the "key officials" tab.


 Step 2:

Next to the club official that you wish to change click the arrows.

Step 3: 

You can either switch the person to an existing club official or add a new official.


View Safeguarding qualifications


To view all officials safeguarding requirements within a club, can be done by navigating to the "officials" tab on the left-hand side and then select the "safeguarding" tab.

This list shows the Safeguarding qualifications held by each of your Officials and highlights any issues.  




 Click the "i" Key icon to clarify what each of the status indicators means. All qualifications listed in the Mandatory Safeguarding column are mandatory.  Use the toggle buttons in the "Official Roles" column to see which of the Safeguarding qualifications are mandatory for each Role.  The Other Safeguarding column lists any additional Safeguarding qualifications the official has, yet which are not mandatory for their role(s).

This will be aligned to the minimum requirements clubs are required to have to become England Football Accredited




To view key officials requirements within a club, can be done by navigating to the "officials" tab on the left-hand side and then select the "key officials" tab.

This will show all the official requirements for each role and what is missing.
